My name is BRIDGET WHITE-KUMAR. I conduct cooking lessons in SIMPLE INDIAN DISHES in a one of a kind cooking class in Koramangala. 

* The Cooking Classes are specially curated as per the specific preferences of the participants 

*The Cooking Classes are conducted one-on-one or in groups.

Learn how to cook any 4 of the following dishes: 

1. Tomato Pulao / Pilaf or Yellow Coconut Rice 
2. Simple Yellow Dhal or Red Lentils Curry 
2. Chicken Curry or Fried Pepper Chicken
3. Okra / Ladyfinger Fry or Aubergine Fry 
4. Semolina Pudding or Sweet Plantain Fritters


 ABOUT THE COOKING CLASS 
It would be an interactive and hands on workshop where the participants would actually do the cutting, chopping and assist in the preparation / cooking of the dishes, thereby learning the whole process of cooking a simple Indian Meal.

Four simple Dishes will be taught per lesson which would comprise of a Rice Dish, A Curry Dish either Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian as per Participants choice, A Vegetable stir fry side dish or Foogath and a Dessert.

Participants will learn how to plate and serve the dishes prepared at the workshop and will enjoy the same at the end of the session.

Each participant will get to take home a printed copy of the Recipes of the dishes prepared at the workshop.

Each participant will get a free copy of  the cookbook SIMPLE EGG DELICACIES by Bridget White

CHARGES:
A Reasonable Fee of Rs.2000.00 per participant for learning 4 Dishes. (This includes the ingredients required for the lesson)
